Fully traceable HMC-approved beef burgers launched

The Burger Manufacturing Company
has launched a new line of beef burgers which are fully endorsed by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC).

Made using only certified HMC suppliers of beef and seasonings, all HMC burgers are manufactured on a dedicated day at the company’s factory in Powys, Wales, and are monitored by HMC inspectors to ensure they meet the genuine expectations of the Muslim faith.

Each 113g box is individually numbered by way of a sealed sticker for full traceability and authenticity of product.

Formed in 2000, The Burger Manufacturing Company’s premises are soon to be replaced by a brand-new purpose built burger factory.

With a turnover of more than £9.8million, it supplies not only the fast food and foodservice markets, but also Enfield-based Sparks Catering Butchers as well as selected wholesalers around the UK and into mainland Europe.
