Allergen free cookware enhances diners’ safety
FEM has expanded its range of allergen safety products to include cookware and serving bowls designed specifically to ensure diners can eat without risk of cross contamination.
The Pujadas stainless steel allergen-free cookware range has distinctive purple handles to differentiate it from general cookware and is made from stainless steel especially designed to avoid cross contamination of allergens.
The range includes three non-stick frying pans, two sauce pots, two casseroles and a 3 litre saucepan, all with corresponding lids. Double walled serving bowls from Vollrath, also with purple on the outside, are available in square and round designs in five sizes.
FEM has produced a new brochure for 2019 detailing its complete allergen free range from prep utensils to cookware to serving bowls.
