Ben & Jerry’s creates Phish & Chips ice cream
Ben & Jerry’s is serving up deep fried ice cream alongside pretzel sticks in a £5.95 meal made to look like traditional fish and chips.
Said to be a summer tribute to our national dish, Phish and Chips is available at the ice cream giant's Soho Scoop Shop in London and is made using its popular Phish Food ice cream.
The ice cream is lightly coated and fried in a crispy cornflake batter and joined by crunchy, salty pretzel chips, served with a lemon jelly wedge, chocolately fish chunks, raspberry ketchup and mascarpone tartar sauces for dunking.
The iced treat is available every Friday from 11am until midnight for a limited time only.
