Consistently crispy chips with Extra range

Crispy, coated, tasty chips with greater heat retention are promised from Farm Frites’ new Extra range.

Launched to help operators turn around consistently crispy fries that stay hotter, longer, Extra includes 7mm, 10mm, 12mm and 15mm cut sizes as well as a 10mm skin on for more rustic menus.

The chips feature an allergen free coating which is said to create the perfect crunch while supporting operators with the need to cater for consumers with special dietary requirements. The range is pre-fried in 100 percent sunflower oil.
