Hand-harvested on the mineral abundant Jurassic coastline, Dorset Sea Salt not only possesses a distinct taste but also a profile so rich in vital minerals that it is claimed to be a healthy alternative to traditional table salt. And, because the unique mineral composition of the Jurassic Coast is retained in the salt to give a strong sea fresh flavour, 30% less is required compared to ordinary salt.

Developed by local entrepreneur Jethro Tennant using traditional methods, Dorset Sea Salt has the backing of the Princess Trust and is to be followed by infused sea salt flavours including an apple smoked variety.
