Golden Valley Foods is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the launch of its popular range of poultry products.
Served by fast food operators across the UK, the brand has become well known for its high quality products and extensive range.
It originally launched in 2001 with one product - chicken Kievs – followed by chicken nuggets and chicken steaks a few months later. Today it includes nuggets, steaks, chunks, fillets, Kievs, burgers, wings and drumsticks, along with a number of gluten-free options.

Spend in chicken shops was £2.3bn in 2019, and the fact that chicken shops remained open during lockdown means the 2022 figure could actually be much higher than the £2.6bn spend predicted for 2022 back in 2017 by Mintel.
