Hewigo helps chippy cope with growing population

It’s easy to see why The Cleeve Fish Bar in Bishop’s Cleeve near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is such a successful business: great location on the junction of two main roads squeezed between a Tesco and Aldi, a family business offering superb food for over twenty years and a rising population locally.

Now, owner Maria Diplaros, who took over the family business almost ten years ago from her mum and dad, has made a considerable investment to refurbish the entire takeaway, including a Hewigo three pan island high efficiency range.

The new range is fitted with eye-level computerised temperature and timer controls, full length heated display cabinet and three stage filtration. Curved edges to all corners, stainless steel diamond front panels and LED fully programmable lighting complete the finish.

“Hewigo was easily our first choice on a recommendation from a friend in the business and we have been impressed with the incredible value for money and the excellent personal service,” says Maria and adds. “An island range was also our choice as we were familiar with its operation and it gives us the flexibility we need.
