Italian soft drink San Benedetto launches in UK

AG Barr is bringing the popular Italian fruit carbonate drink San Benedetto to the UK.

Made using 12% juice and with less than 5g of sugar per 100ml, the premium Italian soft drink contains only 86 calories a can, making it ideal for consumers looking to reduce their sugar intake without compromising on flavour.

Available from February 2018, the range will include two flavours – Limone (Lemon) and Clementina (Orange) in 330ml slim cans with an RSP of 85p.

Originally formulated by a small local producer in Venice, San Benedetto has over 100 years of rich Italian heritage.

AG Barr recommends positioning San Benedetto alongside other high fruit adult carbonates to create an ‘Indulge Yourself’ section in the chiller.
