Michelin starred chef and restaurateur Mark Sargeant is to host tomorrow’s National Fish & Chip Awards.
Mark discovered a passion for cooking at a young age and won Young Chef of the Year Award in 1996 whilst working at Oliver Peyton's Coast restaurant in London. In 2002, while head chef at Claridge’s, he won National Chef of the Year.
Rocksalt restaurant, which Mark opened in 2011, has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes and is listed in the 2020 Michelin Guide.
Mark is also a judge for this year’s UK Young Seafood Chef of the Year 2020.
