Marks & Spencer launches vegan fish and chips

Marks & Spencer has expanded its Plant Kitchen range to include a vegan take on fish and chips.

Tofish & Chips features seasoned tofu in a tempura-style batter served with chips and vegan tartare sauce.

The 350g ready meal is priced at £3.50 and is one of 100 items in the plant-based range, which spans on-the-go sandwiches and grain bowls to quick-fix suppers including no chicken kiev, no duck spring rolls and a pizza topped with jackfruit.
