Rational introduces service packages

Rational has introduced new pay monthly service packages to help friers who own a combi-oven plan for maintenance costs and keep their equipment in optimum condition.

For a fixed monthly fee, friers have access to a range of additional services to ensure a high level of operational reliability and extend a unit's lifespan.

Three levels of cover are available depending on the support required. The more hours the cooking unit is in use, the higher the maintenance requirement is and as such also the integrated services in the package.

The premium package includes the replacement of parts subject to heavy wear and repairs, as well as a Service Hotline available 24/7.

Hans-Werner Albrecht, managing director of Rational Technical Services, comments: "We have already received positive feedback on the new service packages from the catering sector. Operators mainly appreciate that the maintenance costs can be planned and are inclusive and that appliance downtime is reduced to a minimum."

Rational has over 1,000 certified service partners globally who can not only provide support on site but can also advise customers on which service package is the right one for their establishment.
