Raise a glass of Vin n Tonic

Poppies Fish & Chips in London has created the ultimate cocktail to celebrate National Fish & Chip Day this Friday - a Vin n Tonic.

The restaurant has teamed up with Sarson’s Vinegar to create the unique cocktail which includes gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice, Sarson's malt vinegar, lemons and capers.

What’s more, staff at its two sites in Spitalfields and Soho will be handing out 100 free Vin n Tonics to customers to enjoy with their fish and chips from 6pm on Friday.

The cocktail is said to be the perfect pairing to fish and chips with the sharpness of the vinegar cutting through the oil.
