As the fast food service industry diversifies under the new government guidelines, T.Quality has done so too by opening its doors to the public.
The fish and chips supplier is still delivering to its normal customers and encouraging the use of on-line ordering, but is also now open to anyone else who needs deliveries including care homes, schools and other key workers.
Its call and collect service remains open and busy, whilst all staff are adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards to protect themselves and those who they come into contact with.
Mike Crees, managing director, said: “We believe it is vital to support the industry and local community during this time, by having enough stock and enough different methods of getting it to our customers so they can keep trading.
“Customers have changed their own business models to adapt with home deliveries becoming part of the every day offering. T.Quality now stocks a range of delivery bags to support this.
“We have seen a big increase in orders from the general public and will be shortly trialling a local same day delivery service for people who may be unable to get to the supermarkets.”
