I have a close bond with my staff which makes this much easier! What's your least favourite part of the job?
When a customer is dissatisfied it can be very hard to take. We hold our product quality and standards of service in very high regard and try to provide every customer with a fantastic experience. Dealing with complaints can be very challenging, however, I always do my best to try and turn a customer's negative experience into a positive one.
What is it that you like about working at Deep Blue?
Over the last 12 years I have always tried to maintain a local, family feel to my shop. It has been very exciting to be part of a growing company like Deep Blue, and being involved with projects and competitions of the magnitude that we offer, such as the recent Disney World competition, is very rewarding. There is always something exciting on the horizon!

It means a lot to me personally, as well as my team, that our hard work and commitment is recognised. I am very honoured to be selected to feature out of the many amazing staff that we have.
